This has been our family home for over 30 years, being the first owners of the house after its completion in 1986. When we moved in this was new build housing estate, we were the first pupils to attend Monkspath School and regularly enjoyed visiting the Shelly Farm pub as a family over the years.   

Our parents kept the property well maintained and modernised over the years, creating a comfortable, relaxed family home that we loved growing up in. The house is in a great location for the shops, doctors, bus route, school, park etc so would suit a wide range of families looking to locate to the area. The street is quiet, the neighbours lovely and location very hard to find fault with.

We particularly like the garden which was recently landscaped and now features a brand new conservatory. It isn’t over looked, gets a lot of sun and provided the perfect location for many family events over the years. Parting with our home isn’t going to be easy but it is time to let another family take care of if it and make it their happy place creating lots of new memories of their own.
