We moved into our bungalow 30 years ago, initially being attracted to its lovely, homely feel and the fact that it was just the right size for us as we approached retirement.

Our home is in an ideal location for public transport, with the railway station and main bus route into Solihull and Birmingham a short walk away.  Olton Library and Dovehouse Parade, with its range of shops, are also very easy to reach.  And we must not forget Olton Mere, just a stone’s throw away and a beautiful stretch of water offering a truly peaceful location for gentle walks. 

We have loved our time living in the community here, among lovely caring neighbours, but it is now time to move on.   We sincerely hope that whoever follows us will feel as safe, content and happy here as we have done.
