This was the first house I purchased in the Solihull area, and a lovely home for a number of years. I love that it doesn’t sit on the main road, the quiet side lane leading up to the property ensures a nice, private feel to the house. The rooms are well proportioned, offering great, comfortable living space, with a pleasant garden that is great for barbecues or just relaxing  - it always felt like a perfect, happy home to me. And with great potential for extending, or placing a conservatory.

One of my favourite features of the property is the large detached garage / workshop at the end of the garden. It’s accessed via a secure private lane and offers great scope for improvement and conversion (subject to planning).

The location is absolutely perfect for local schools and amenities, with excellent links to Solihull town centre, NEC, the airport, Jaguar / Land Rover, Birmingham and Coventry. The neighbourhood itself is peaceful, safe and welcoming, and so are the surrounding areas with Elmdon Park being one of my favourite local spots for family walks.
