We have lived in our home for more than 30 years but it is time to move on and downsize, albeit reluctantly.

The house was brand new when we moved in and we have been very happy here. The garden is south west facing and larger than average and not overlooked. Next to our house is a field where our children have spent many hours playing. We can walk to two parks and into Solihull in 15 minutes. There are lots of paths and the old Hillfield Lane which take you away from roads for running, walking or exercising dogs. Last, but not least we have wonderful neighbours who we will be sad to leave.
