We have loved living at our wonderful house for over forty years – the time has flown by. ‘177’ is a very welcoming and happy house -we have brought up three children here and as grandparents to six grandchildren the house continues to be the centre of family life and relationships. Unfortunately the onset of ill health means that we are now looking to sell the house and down-size to a smaller property.

The Town Centre of Solihull is within walking distance, the house is well situated for transport links to Birmingham, the West Midlands and beyond. Solihull Station is just over a mile away, the NEC only a few miles away. It really is an ideal location to live for those families who need to commute for their jobs. With the vibrant Solihull Touchwood and town centre close by this merely adds to its’ credentials.

 Of course there is also the proximity to super state and private schools nearby. Some people may be out off by the house’s proximity to Greswold Primary School but this ought not to be seen as a negative in our opinion – whilst times have moved on since our three children attended the school, four of our grandchildren have attended in recent times and it is remains an outstanding school. Traffic rarely causes any issue for us as local residents.

We have loved living here for a large proportion of our lives and would highly commend it to any would be purchasers.
