Wagon Lane is our first family home. We have many happy memories bringing up our first child and have thoroughly enjoyed our time living here. These are moments that we will cherish for the rest of our lives.

When we first purchased our home, we were looking for a place which would offer us plenty of open play areas and local amenities. We also wanted easy access to train stations, all of which are within walking distance of our home.

Our garden is south facing and isn’t overlooked, we have spent many hours sitting on our patio area enjoying the summer months pass us by.

Our home has 3 good sized bedrooms ideal for a family. There is also huge potential to make the house larger, benefitting from being located on a wide corner plot.

The house was built 1930’s and has nice large bay windows which allow plenty of natural light into the downstairs living space and the bedrooms upstairs.

We love our utility room as this acts as an extension to our kitchen offering additional worktop and cupboard space. The garage is also larger than your average garage providing loads of storage space. It also offers the option for somebody to convert this into additional living space in the future.

It has been a very happy home and one we hope will go on to be for another family.
