We purchased moat farm 19 years ago as run down boarding kennels and chose to transform them back into barn conversations. As this was such a large project it took many years to complete and really did become a labour of love. During the various stages of development we had to live in all the barns and this barn was beautiful. The extra large living dining area is a great entertaining space and the hand made solid wood kitchen is very functional having space for a washing machine dishwasher fried and freezer all hidden away behind solid wooden doors. The barn itself has a lovely view out of all windows looking directly out onto the courtyard and the fountain. A good nights sleep is always had listening to the wildlife or the trickle of water from the fountain. The stables with its exposed beams and beautiful character really is a lovely place to live!

We have been advised that the property is FREEHOLD However, you should check this with your legal advisor before exchanging contract.
