We have enjoyed many family parties for Birthdays and Christmas with the extended lounge and kitchen perfect for large gatherings.  The garden gets the sun all day and we have happy memories of summer barbecues on the decking.  The house is in a great spot with Olton railway station and the local schools a short walk away.  We have been very lucky to have lovely neighbours on both sides who will be missed.
