We’ve loved living in our home. This is the first house we viewed, and we were immediately attracted to the size of the garden. We could see that this was a home we could grow into. As young professionals we have enjoyed many great parties with friends in the house and garden. The house is situated in the perfect location with Solihull town centre a short walk away. We can walk into Solihull easily for an afternoon of shopping or for an evening of drinks with friends.

We have 2 dogs and have loved having access to the canal which is just around the corner. Within a few minutes you can be in the countryside surrounded by nothing but fields, feeling a million miles away from the town. There are also two excellent parks a short walk away.

We’ve completed several projects whilst living here. We started with the garden, completely landscaping it, adding a small patio by the house and a very large patio at the back. This has provided a great entertainment space, where we have hosted many barbecues. More recently we have refitted the pantry to allow a more efficient use of the space. A year ago, we focussed on renovating the downstairs space, fitting new flooring throughout which has modernised the house and given it a much lighter feel.
