We moved into our apartment three and a half years ago as young professionals. 

We were first attracted to the property because of the high ceilings, two double bedrooms and large windows making it very light.

The practicality of commuting was another bonus with Solihull, Warwick and Central Birmingham easily/ quickly accessible via Olton railway station and regular bus services.

We have really enjoyed living here and during this time we have made a few upgrades to the property, increasing the storage, aesthetics and prep space in the kitchen as we both enjoy cooking. 

The only reason we need to move is because we have recently started a family and wish to relocate to be closer to family support. We love the apartment and it has been perfect for us, we hope someone else may be able to appreciate its charm and make it a nice home of their own too.
