We have enjoyed living here for over 30 years. Our home has provided the perfect environment to bring up a growing family and with 2 young children, Oak Cottage junior school was a big factor in our decision to move here but we quickly found out that the location gave us everything else we were looking for. Only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Solihull, our home is perfectly situated to take full advantage of all the local amenities. The area is ideal for commuting on all motorways, and close for all public transport. 

With great neighbours, there is a wonderful community spirit in the road across all age groups. 

We have always loved the large south facing garden which is not overlooked and very easy to maintain.

We’ve made so many happy memories here. After over 30 years our family have now flown the nest, so it feels like the right time for us to move on, but we know that the new owners will be as happy here as we have been.
