146 Bryanston Road has been our wonderful family home for over 40 years. We moved in on my 16th Birthday and I was given the choice of 2 bedrooms.... obviously, I went with the one that had the Magic Roundabout Wallpaper and woke up every morning with a smiling Ermintrude the Cow greeting me for the next 3 years. I still have her, in a frame.

The house was always busy with friends and family popping in as we previously lived just up the road. It is a great location for the local schools, Oak Cottage for Infants and Juniors and Langley Senior School. Shopping in Solihull, trips to the leisure centre and access to the motorways nearby to take you anywhere but always return home to a warm welcome at 146

The house offered everything we needed. Plenty of space for doing our individual hobbies of gardening, reading and listening to music and a roaring open fire in the front room to warm up to in the winter. Many summer days and evenings were spent in the garden playing badminton and having BBQ’s or just watching the daft squirrels chasing each other around.

It has been a lovely home that has been the heart of our family for 41 years and has seen 3 generations of our family grow. I am very sad to have to sell the house but will always treasure every memory made there.
