I’ve lived in the property for 8 years now. It’s in a great location, being a ten minute walk away from Solihull town centre. There’s a doctor’s surgery and pharmacy at the end of the road and the M42 is a two minute drive away. Brueton Park is within easy walking distance too, as is the row of shops on Yew Tree Lane.
The garden is a nice size, catching the sun for most of the day. The garage is large and you can easily park a modern car in it and still be able to open the door! I had the driveway extended a couple of years ago and it will accommodate three cars easily.
I’ll be moving out of the area and will miss this place. I hope the new owners are as happy here as I’ve been!
