We have lived in this beautiful family home for 22 years, which we have brought our 3 children up in. It is a perfect, quiet and private family home, with plenty of space on the top floor which has been excellent for my teenagers to have their own space. My favourite room is definitely the conservatory, where I can sit and read and enjoy views over our private, south facing rear garden. We recently installed a new boiler which makes the house very warm and cosy in the winter and is very efficient. It’s a 5 minute walk to Dickens Heath village centre, where there are many convenient shops including Tescos and a couple of nice bars and eateries, in addition to a dentist, doctors’ surgery, pharmacy and even a lovely primary school. We have many happy memories here and will miss this home very much and hope whoever moves in will give it as much love as we have.
