Vendor Comments

I’ve lived in Chadley Close for over a third of my life, firstly with my dad and then in my own property. When the opportunity presented itself to purchase my own flat, which happened to be in the same block, there was no hesitation as I already had plenty of knowledge of the flat and the surrounding area.

It was a no brainer for me, I already knew all the rooms were a good size with large windows for plenty of sunlight & the neighbourhood is pleasant along with its people. In general, the area itself is very well presented and looked after by the neighbourhood residents.

Being so close to the shops on Dovehouse Parade is beneficial, as well as being a short walk from Solihull town centre with its great shopping. Commuting has always been effortless with a bus stop a stone’s throw away and 2 train stations also close by.

Fast forward to this summer, my partner and I were blessed with the arrival of our son. With his arrival, we reluctantly decided now would be a good time to move on and find a house to better suit our needs, whilst remaining in area as we love this part of Solihull.

We'll all be sad to leave Chadley Close, but hopefully someone else will now have as much good fortune to live in this lovely home as we did.
